Through a complex process of reverse spherification, we manage to maintain a completely liquid cocktail inside a thin layer of vegetable seaweed gelatin. A soft touch in the mouth that with a light pressure will explode, flooding the palate with sensations and flavor. Our cocktails are not drunk, they are tasted.
