Contains sulphites and a low percentage of alcohol.
Manzanilla is a dry white wine, made from Palomino grapes and aged under a layer of yeast called “velo de flor”.
The winemaking process:
- the wine is purchased at the winery
- is brought to our producer’s factory
- the ingredients are blended
- is cooked in a motorised pot
- the temperature is quickly lowered
- is bottled
- vacuum is created
- labelled MANUALLY
- packed in boxes
