Winemaking<\/strong>: The grapes, upon arrival at the winery, are re-fermented at 0\u00ba for at least 24 hours and then vatted in concrete tanks, once destemmed, it carries out fermentation spontaneously with its indigenous yeasts. Its tannins and acidity give it a medium-high body that gives it personality and character.
