Tips for use and conservation:<\/p>\n
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, store in the refrigerator.<\/p>\n
Very thin skin, almost invisible. Do not shake. Do not introduce a spoon sharply and do not stir.<\/p>\n
Delicate product to be handled gently, using a teaspoon to remove the pearls.<\/p>\n
Through a complex process of reverse spherification, we manage to maintain a completely liquid cocktail within a thin layer of vegetable seaweed gelatine. A soft touch in the mouth that, with a light pressure, will explode, flooding the palate with sensations and flavour. Our cocktails are not drunk, they are tasted.<\/p>\n
