The wine is bottled unfiltered.<\/p>\n<h2>TASTING NOTES<\/h2>\n<p>COLOUR Bright ruby red colour with medium-high robe and light brick-red tones. NOSE Very complex aromas of ageing with an ever-present background of liquorice, stewed black fruit (prunes and dried figs) and undergrowth. A finish with complex mineral aromas, gunpowder and spices. MOUTH A long, full-bodied wine with a structured, silky background. Velvety and pleasant finish that leaves a long aftertaste of ageing nuances.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ideal with game and poultry stews, grilled red meat, roast suckling pig, foie gras, cured cheeses and Iberian cured meats.
