Dark medium-high robe. NOSE Very intense aromas of liquorice and very ripe fruits of the forest (prunes, blackberries and cassis). An ageing and balsamic touch is always present, enveloping the whole. MOUTH Long and intense wine, with a great fleshy and ample sensation. Slightly sweet finish with marked hints of liquorice and black fruits such as plums, blackberries and blueberries.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ideal with white meats, vegetable stews, tapas, mushrooms, rice dishes with meat, cured meats and cured cheeses.
