Oloroso is a wine made from Palomino grapes with an amber to mahogany colour, darker the longer it is aged.
The winemaking process:
- the wine is purchased at the winery
- is brought to our producer’s factory
- the ingredients are blended
- is cooked in a motorised pot
- the temperature is quickly lowered
- is bottled
- vacuum is created
- labelled MANUALLY
- packed in boxes of six
