Contains sulphites and a low percentage of alcohol.
Cream is a fortified liqueur wine made by blending or “cabeceo” of fortified wines of oxidative ageing (mainly oloroso).
Chestnut to dark mahogany in colour and unctuous in appearance.
The winemaking process:
- the wine is purchased at the winery
- is brought to our producer’s factory
- the ingredients are blended
- is cooked in a motorised pot
- the temperature is quickly lowered
- is bottled
- vacuum is created
- labelled MANUALLY
- packed in boxes of six
