Very thin skin, almost invisible. Without stirrer. Do not introduce a spoon or stirrer abruptly.
Delicate product to be handled gently, using a spoon to remove the beads.
Through a complex process of reverse spherification we manage to maintain a completely liquid cocktail inside a thin layer of vegetable seaweed gelatine. A soft touch in the mouth that, with a light pressure, will explode, flooding the palate with sensations and flavour. Our cocktails are not drunk, they are tasted.

Mojito: Premium Añejo Rum, lime juice and natural mint flavouring.
Gin Tonic: Premium Gin with 22 botanicals and glacier water.
