TASTING NOTE
Appearance Bright ruby red colour with medium depth and little evolution, clean. NOSE Intense and complex nose, with aromas of black fruits (blackberries and blueberries) and undergrowth (lavender, dill, rosemary). Notes of balsamic wood evolving towards sweet spices (vanilla, coconut, clove) and dark chocolate. MOUTH Shows personality and character. Balsamic and menthol elements that enhance the flavours of black fruit compote (maraschino). The finish is long with slightly bitter oak ageing notes (cocoa, coffee) that cleanse the mouth and invite further drinking.
